Marquette Law School to host presidential election debate watch and conversation, Sept. 10

MILWAUKEE - Marquette University Law School will host a special program, "Battleground Wisconsin: Debate and Conversation," featuring a viewing and conversation surrounding the U.S. Presidential Debate on Tuesday, Sept. 10, at 7:30 p.m. at Eckstein Hall, 1215 W. Michigan St.

The program will include a conversation with State Sen. Julian Bradley, State Rep. Robyn Vining, and Dr. Philip Rocco, associate professor of political science at Marquette. Derek Mosley, director of the Lubar Center for Public Policy Research and Civic Education, will moderate a discussion with the panelists ahead of the debate at 8 p.m.

As Wisconsin continues to be a critical swing state for national politics, this program offers the ability to come together to hear from the Presidential candidates and learn from those who agree or disagree.
