ACWA is now accepting legislative proposals from member agencies for the 2025 legislative session. Proposals are due by Oct. 11, and ACWA's State Legislative Committee (SLC) will then evaluate them, provide feedback to the proposing agency and determine whether to take a position.

Agencies submitting proposals may be asked to present them to the SLC at its Dec. 5 planning meeting during the 2024 ACWA Fall Conference & Expo in Palm Desert.
