4.Reason for the change:The Company originally scheduled July 26,2024 for the
cash dividend distribution date, but if the remittance procedure of the
Taiwan Clearing House and financial institutions was postponed to the next
business day due to the cancellation of work caused by Typhoon Gaemi. The
cash dividend distribution date will be postponed on July 29,2024.
5.Any other matters that need to be specified:If work was not cancelled
due to typhoon, cash dividend will be distributed on the scheduled
date(July 26,2024).
