In a September 18 meeting with CMS staff in charge of Medicare Advantage (MA) enforcement and oversight, LeadingAge and its coalition partners presented trends on plan noncompliance with the Calendar Year 2024 Medicare Advantage rules including its many provisions related to prior authorizations. CMS' response: more data, please.
