Spotlight on CMS/CMMI TEAM Model: Free to Members

Do you want to be part of the TEAM-that is, the Transforming Episode Accountability Model? This new bundled or episodic payment model from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services' (CMS) Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation (CMMI) begins on January 1, 2026.

While mandatory for hospitals, TEAM will also impact skilled nursing facilities, home health agencies, and hospice providers that deliver services during the 30-day episode. TEAM will be tested in CMS-selected geographies that in most cases will not have prior experience with these types of accountable care models.
