WSPD: Home Healthcare Worker Charged with Financial Exploitation

The Western Springs Police Department arrested and charged a suspect, Cressida Barthelemy, with one count of Financial Exploitation of the Elderly/Disabled (Class 3 Felony). Police believe the suspect may have used multiple names while working as a home health care provider.
