World Health Day in Setúbal: take Hospital da Luz free screening

On April 8, assessment of health indicators by Hospital da Luz Clínica Luísa Todi, at Alegro Shopping Centre.

Hospital da Luz Setúbal will mark the World Health Day providing screenings destined to the general population. On April 8, at the central area of Alegro Shopping Centre (facing FNAC), a team of professionals from the clinic will be available to take measurements of health indicators, such as blood pressure, glycemia and body mass index.

The initiative, that is free of cost, has for goal to sensitize the community for adopting healthy life habits. The team will include Paula Dias, General and Family Medicine physician, and nursing and nutrition professionals.

The Hospital da Luz team will also provide information, clarify doubts and give advice on health promotion and disease prevention. They will discuss particularly the importance to have a family doctor, and talk about the most common diseases and the treatment of obesity, among other health topics.
