Florence Urban Renewal Agency Recruitment 2024

The City of Florence is accepting applications for one position on the Florence Urban Renewal Agency. This nine-person board includes the Mayor of Florence, two City Councilors, and six citizens who together administer the City's urban renewal plan.

The Urban Renewal District surrounds the central core of Florence, an area known as Old Town. The district boundaries are as follows: the Siuslaw River to the east and south, near Kingwood Street to the west, and near 9th Street and Highway 126 to the north.
