At P&G, we believe in the power of inclusion, recognizing our strength when united by the unique perspectives and abilities of every individual. We strive to serve all consumers with superior products they love and trust, and this commitment extends to ensuring our products and workplace are accessible and inclusive for people with disabilities. On this International Day of People with Disabilities, we share how we're championing disability inclusion with our employees, across our brands, and with our partners in the communities where we live and work.
Enabling Employees: Creating a #DisabilityConfident Culture
We believe that an inclusive workplace empowers every employee to bring their full, authentic selves to work.
Zeiad Kahil is one of our colleagues and a finalist in swimming at the Paris 2024 Paralympic Games. Thanks to P&G's adapted workplace, Zeiad and employees with diverse needs can perform at their best in an environment that supports them both personally and professionally - a powerful reminder of how the right support can unlock an individual's full potential.
Zeiad's story is not just about competing at the Paralympic Games, but also breaking barriers, overcoming challenges, and showing that anything is possible when you pursue your dreams with heart and determination.

Designing for All: Inclusive Brands and Accessible Products
Inclusivity and accessibility are also core principles guiding our product design. We believe everyone deserves access to superior products that meet their individual needs.
That's why we're embedding accessibility in every stage of the design process, from initial concept to final product - constantly reimagining what's possible to create products that serve and support all consumers. A recent product innovation showcasing this approach is Oral-B's adaptive electric toothbrush handle, designed to improve grip, control, and maneuverability, making brushing easier and more effective for a wider range of consumers.

Partnering for Progress: Inclusive Communities
Our commitment to disability inclusion extends beyond our company walls. We recognize the importance of collaborating with partners and supporting organizations that share our vision of a more inclusive world.
We're proud to partner with organizations such as Perkins School for the Blind, a global leader in education and accessibility for people with visual impairments. P&G brands Herbal Essences, Head & Shoulders, OLAY, and Gillette recently provided products and grooming services to students ahead of their big prom night, so they could look and feel their best.
We're also honored to be recognized by Disability:IN, a leading non-profit resource for business disability inclusion worldwide, with its Accessibility Impact Award. This recognition underscores our commitment to creating a workplace where people with disabilities can thrive.
Our participation in The Valuable 500, a global organization putting disability on the agenda of businesses worldwide, reinforces our dedication to fostering a more inclusive society. Through these partnerships and initiatives, we're working to build stronger, more inclusive communities where everyone can participate and contribute their unique talents.
