Alveare Press Announcement

On Tuesday, September 3rd, Councilmember Kevin DeLeon hosted a press conference to announce the details of Alveare, a newly proposed 100% affordable housing development in the South Park neighborhood of Downtown Los Angeles (DTLA). Alveare, located at 1405 South Broadway, will be developed in three phases and include 303 units of affordable housing for families, seniors, and individuals exiting homelessness.
