Lincoln Woods Barracks

At 1:52 PM, Troopers arrested Ylen Hernandez, age 51, of 15 Sumter Street, Providence, Rhode Island, for Forgery and Counterfeiting of Registration Plates. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Charles Street, in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the State Police - Lincoln Woods Barracks, where she was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a future Sixth District Court date.

At 11:20 PM, Troopers arrested Corry S. Darnley, age 21, of 575 Dyer Avenue, Apartment C26, Cranston, Rhode Island for 1.) Obstructing a Police Officer; 2.) Third Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Status Hearing on the original charge of Simple Assault and/or Battery, originating out of the Cranston Police Department; and 3.) Sixth Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Status Conference on the original charge of Resisting Arrest, originating out of the Pawtucket Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Memorial Boulevard in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the State Police - Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, and held overnight pending morning arraignment as a probation/bail violator.

At 12:45 AM, Troopers arrested Gabriel Montanez, age 36, of 12 Abbotts Park Place, Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) Obstructing a Police Officer; 2.) Superior Court Full Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Determination of Attorney on the original charge of Domestic Violence- Simple Assault originating out of the West Warwick Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Cornwall Street in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the State Police - Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, and held overnight pending morning arraignment as a probation/bail violator.

At 2:16 AM, Troopers arrested Carolina Cortez, age 46, of 1499 Douglas Avenue, North Providence, Rhode Island for Driving Under the Influence of Liquor - BAC .15 or greater (Phase I: 0.221% & Phase II: 0.217%) - First Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the City of Pawtucket. The subject was transported to the State Police - Lincoln Woods Barracks, where she was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a future Sixth District Court date.

At 3:25 AM, Troopers arrested Algelys Ventura, age 40, of 186 Peace Street, Providence, Rhode Island, for an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant issued by the Providence Police Department for Domestic - Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Charles Street in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the State Police - Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, and turned over to the Providence Police Department.

At 3:29 a.m., Troopers arrested Susan J. Marshall, age 47, of 14 Steeple Lane, Lincoln, Rhode Island, for 1.) Possession of a Schedule I-V Controlled Substance less than 10 Grams (Crack Cocaine); and 2.) Affidavit and Arrest Warrant issued by the Narragansett Police Department for Possession of a Schedule I-V Controlled Substance less than 10 Grams. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 146 in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the State Police - Lincoln Woods Barracks, where she was processed, and held as a probation violator.

At 4:49 AM, Troopers arrested Malik Silva, age 20, of 183 Mineral Spring Avenue, Pawtucket, Rhode Island on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for Eluding originating out of the Pawtucket Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Power Road in the City of Pawtucket. The subject was transported to the State Police - Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, and turned over to the Pawtucket Police Department.
