Wickford

At 3:25 PM, Troopers arrested Michael Lamoureux, age 41, of 15 Greene Avenue, Cranston, Rhode Island for Leaving the Scene of an Accident with Damage to Attended Vehicle. The arrest was the result of an accident on Route 95 in the City of Warwick and a subsequent Barracks investigation by Troopers Heidel and Patalano. The subject was processed at the Wickford Barracks, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and provided with a future Third District Court date.

At 12:06 AM, Troopers arrested Tobin Henderson, age 22, of 6 S Mountain Road, Brookfield, CT for Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor - BAC .10 to .15 (Phase I: .122%, Phase II: .115%). The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 138 Westbound in the Town of North Kingstown. Henderson was transported to the State Police Wickford Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released to the custody of a responsible adult with a notice to appear in Third Division District Court.
