Hooff’s Run Drive Death Investigation Update (11:24 p.m.)

The alleged shooter in the incident that occurred this afternoon on Hooff's Run Drive has succumbed to his injury. The Office of the Medical Examiner will determine the cause and manner of death.

Today, at approximately 4:00 p.m., the Alexandria Police Department (APD) responded to a shooting at Onelife Fitness located at 305 Hooff's Run Drive. The shooting involved two adult males, both of whom were transported to area hospitals. The victim has succumbed to his injuries. The alleged shooter is in critical condition. There is no threat to the public concerning this incident.

The Office of the Medical Examiner will determine the cause and manner of death.
