MoDOT to close I 44 lanes near Antire overnight Aug 4 5…

ST. LOUIS - Motorists who travel along Interstate 44 between Williams Road and Route 141 should be aware of significant overnight lane closures Sunday and Monday.

Weather permitting, crews will be doing geological work for possible future projects in the area. Travelers can expect:

• Sunday, August 4, between 10 p.m. and 4 a.m., crews will close two right lanes on eastbound I-44 between Williams Road and Antire Road and two right lanes on westbound I-44 between Route 141 and Antire Road.
• Monday, August 5, between 10 p.m. and 4 a.m., crews will close two right lanes on eastbound I-44 between Antire Road and Route 141 and two right lanes on westbound I-44 between Antire Road and Williams Road.
