Notice of Public Hearing - Wednesday, September 11, 2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held before the Planning Commission of the City of Murrieta on, September 11, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. at City Hall, 1 Town Square, Murrieta, CA 92562, to consider the following matter:

Tentative Parcel Map No. 38891 (PLAN-Maps-2024-00021), a merging of parcels into one, Project (Applicant: Murrieta Investment Properties, LLC): The Project applicant proposes a parcel map that includes Lot A for street dedication, relinquishing access off Clinton Keith Road except for a 20-foot access opening, a street vacation, and merging two parcels. The Project is at 27723 Clinton Keith Road (APN 392-270-058, 392-270-065).

Environmental Determination: The project is categorically exempt from the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Section 15315 (Minor Land Divisions) Class 15, the map is consistent with the General Plan and zoning designation, no variances or exceptions are required, all services and access to the parcels to City standard are available, the parcel was not involved in a division of a larger parcel within the previous 2 years, and has an average slope of less than 20%.

Any person may either submit written comments to the Planning Commission before the hearing or may appear and be heard before the Planning Commission at the time of the hearing. If you challenge the City's action on this project in court you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the Planning Commission at, or prior to the public hearing. The environmental finding along with the proposed project application may be reviewed at the Planning Division Monday - Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
