Scituate Barracks

At 3:00 PM, Troopers arrested Hasan Abdullah, age 40, of 120 Allura Lane, Johnston, Rhode Island for 1.) Forgery and Counterfeiting of Registration Plates. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 295 in the Town of Smithfield. Mr. Abdullah was transported to State Police Headquarters where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a notice to appear in Third Division District Court.

At 12:22 AM, Troopers arrested Christopher Rivera, age 34, of 35 Tappan Street, Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) Providence Superior Court Full Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Presentment as a Violator on the original charge of Failure to Register as a Sex Offender originating out of the Providence Police Department, and 2.) Providence Superior Court Full Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Presentment as a Violator on the original charge of Domestic Violence - Simple Assault originating out of the Providence Police Department. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Pembleton Street in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to State Police Headquarters where he was processed and later transported to the Adult Correctional Institute - Men's Intake Center.

At 12:53 AM, Troopers arrested Anny Garcia Gutierrez, age 40, of 23 Lambert Street Apt #1, Cranston, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor - BAC Unknown - First Offense, and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Manton Avenue in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to State Police Headquarters where she was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a notice to appear in Sixth Division District Court.

At 1:08 AM, Troopers arrested Declan Lagrandeur, age 25, of 2 Britts Ridge, Cumberland, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor - BAC .15 or Greater (Phase I: 0.232% & Phase II: 0.220% ) - First Offense. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 295 in the Town of Smithfield. The subject was transported to State Police Headquarters where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a notice to appear in Third Division District Court.

At 1:53 AM, Troopers arrested Dedra Durant, age 49, of 75 Hunter Avenue, Johnston, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor - BAC Unknown - First Offense, and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test. This arrest was the result of Troopers responding to a motor vehicle accident on Route 6 in the Town of Johnston. The subject was transported to State Police Headquarters, where she was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a notice to appear in Third Division District Court.
