Apology for Mistimed Rave Alert Notification

Some residents received Rave Alert messages at 2 am instead of 2 pm on Saturday, about final leaf pick up. The Village sincerely apologizes for any alarm that these mistimed messages may have caused. While the Rave Alert system can be used in both emergency and nonemergency situations, it would never intentionally be used in the middle of the night unless there is a dire emergency.
