On May 9, 2024, State Police of Princetown arrested Jonathan Mickles, 39, of Schoharie, NY, for Burglary in the third degree, a class "D" felony.

Nicole Ondrek, 37, of West Fulton, NY, was also arrested for Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the fifth degree, a class "A" misdemeanor.

On May 9, 2024, at about noon, Troopers responded to a property in Duanesburg, NY, for the report of a burglary in progress. The investigation determined Mickles reportedly entered a barn on the property without permission, stole items, and fled in a pickup truck. Ondrek was a passenger in the vehicle at the time of the alleged crime. With the assistance of the Schenectady County Sheriff's Office, Mickles and Ondrek were located a short time later in the area of Edison Avenue in Schenectady, NY, with the stolen property.

Both were taken into custody and transported to SP Princetown for processing. Ondrek was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Schenectady City Court on May 23, 2024, and released. Mickles was arraigned at the Duanesburg Town Court and remanded to the Schenectady County Correctional Facility without bail.
