Intersection Closure on 13th Street at Telfair Street

Starting Monday, September 16th, the intersection of 13th Street and Telfair Street will be closed to all traffic for approximately two weeks. New, hand-laid brick crosswalks will be installed. The street closures will affect all of the nearby streets leading to this intersection. There will be closures and detours at the following locations; 1) Telfair Street at 12th Street, 2) 13th Street between Davidson Fine Arts School and the Augusta Canal, 3) 13th Street at Greene Street, 4) Greene Street at St. Sebastian Way, and 5) Greene Street at Telfair Street / 14th Street. Detours will be in place for all closures. Please be very cautious and expect delays driving in this area. Seek alternate routes such as Broad Street, Reynolds Street, and Walton Way if possible.
