Hope Valley Barracks

At 2:18 AM, Troopers arrested Ismoil Yunusov, age 23, of 4312 Cottman Avenue, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania for 1.) Forgery and Counterfeiting of Registration Plates. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 South in the Town of Richmond. The subject was transported to the State Police - Hope Valley Barracks, where he was processed, and later released with a notice to appear in Fourth Division District Court.
