Update: Notice of Traffic Signal Shut-Downs

Please be advised that the City of Burbank has contracted with International Line Builders (ILB) for the Glenoaks Blvd and First St Signal Improvement Project. During this phase of the construction, ILB will be conducting electrical work, switching signal wiring, and doing final signal turn-on at the intersections listed below beginning November 18, 2024 through November 25, 2024, between the hours of 8:30AM - 3:30PM. The traffic signals at these intersections will be shut down, and the signal indications will be dark. Traffic will operate as an All-Way Stop at each intersection.

To ensure safety, the contractor will place STOP signs and other temporary traffic control measures at the affected intersections.

Schedule of Signal Shut-Downs:

• Glenoaks at Angeleno- Monday, November 18, 2024
• Glenoaks at Olive - Tuesday, November 19, 2024
• Glenoaks at Cypress- Thursday, November 21, 2024*
• Orange Grove at First - Monday, November 25, 2024
