GENTEXT/REMARKS/1. This MARADMIN serves as a reminder to commands
regarding the Command Climate Assessment (CCA) fielding window. In
accordance with references (a) through (d), all O-5 and O-6 slated
commanders, commanding generals, and deputy commandants are required
to conduct an annual Defense Equal Organizational Climate Survey
(DEOCS) between 1 August and 30 November. The DEOCS must begin no
later than 31 October. Registration for the calendar year 2024 DEOCS
is now open.
2. Leadership should actively promote maximum participation in the
survey and provide opportunities for all personnel (military and DoD
civilians) to take surveys during working hours.
3. Additional resources to assist commanders can be found at
prevention.mil: https:(slash)(slash)prevention.mil/Climate-Portal/
Defense-Climate-Portal-Factor-Improvement-Toolkit/.
4. For additional questions, contact MPE at email: [email protected],

5. This MARADMIN applies to the Marine Corps Total Force.
6. Release authorized by Lieutenant General James F. Glynn, Deputy
Commandant for Manpower and Reserve Affairs.//
