As the demand for pilots continues to rise, CCAC's Aviation Technology program is designed to produce job-ready professionals to meet the growing need. Program graduates work as pilots with commercial and regional airlines as well as air charter operations and corporate flight departments. Most courses are taught by CCAC's highly skilled instructors-current or former airline pilots with decades of professional experience. Students acquire a solid background in aerodynamics, airplane system knowledge, navigation, meteorology, Federal Aviation regulations, and the physical and psychological requirements for the safe operation of aircraft in the National Airspace system. For those who wish to pursue a career in aviation other than that of pilot, CCAC's Aviation Management program prepares students for careers in marketing, sales, airline operation or administration.
