City Council - Notice of Public Hearing

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Eagle Point City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, November 26, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers located at 17 Buchanan Avenue South, Eagle Point, Oregon and via Zoom to consider including provisions for Social Gaming in the Eagle Point Municipal Code, and to receive public comment.

The public is invited to attend this meeting in-person or via Zoom by registering in advance at:

Additional information will be available in the City Council Agenda Packet, available online no later than November 22, 2024. The hearing provides an opportunity for public testimony and questions to be answered. Comments may be provided at any time up to and during the public hearing. Written comments may be delivered prior to the meeting to Cindy Hughes, City Recorder at City Hall or emailed to [email protected]. The City Council will also take verbal or written comments during the hearing.
