Construction Starts November 4th for the Cliff Drive & Alan Road Multiuse Path and Crosswalk Safety Improvements Project

Construction for the Cliff Drive and Alan Road Multiuse Path and Crosswalk Safety Improvements Project begins Monday, November 4th and is expected to be completed by Friday, November 22nd. Project enhancements will occur along Cliff Drive near Alan Road which include:

• Extend the existing multiuse path from the Cliff/Las Positas Roundabout to the Arroyo Burro Beach County Park's Parking Lot.
• Upgrade the existing rectangular rapid flashing beacon crossing at Cliff and Alan Roads to provide increased reliability.
• Reconstruct the access ramp at northwest corner of Cliff Drive and Alan Road to meet the Americans with Disabilities Act requirements.

Please be aware this construction project may cause some traffic delays in the area. Thank you for your patience and cooperation as we work to improve our community infrastructure.
