Facet Investment Management Limited enters administration

If you've made a complaint against Facet, you may have a claim as a creditor. However, as Facet has gone into administration, they may not have sufficient funds to pay in full any compensation to customers where it is due.

This includes:

  • customers waiting for a response to their complaint
  • customers who have received a final response letter from Facet with an offer of compensation but haven't returned it
  • customers who have taken their complaint to the Financial Ombudsman (the Ombudsman)

Voscap will work with the FSCS and will write to customers to explain the next steps.

If you've already referred a complaint to the Ombudsman, you don't need to take any action and they will contact you directly about any next steps.
