As stated in our notice dated May 15, 2024, titled "Notice of Consolidation and Change of Contact Center Customer Dials and Change of Business Hours," effective Monday, November 18, 2024, inquiries from mobile phones will be managed via Navi Dial instead of the traditional toll-free number for certain lines.
