Academic Calendar changes following Hurricane Helene
Registrar's Office Thursday October 3, 2024
Due to the campus closures on Sept. 26 and 27, and to mitigate some of the stress created by the hurricane, we have revised the Fall 2024 academic calendar to reflect the following changes:
Midterm grades will now be officially released to students on Monday, Oct. 14. Grade submission is currently open, and instructors may enter midterm grades anytime between now and Oct. 14 at 9 a.m.
The last day to drop a course with a W or to withdraw from all classes with W grades has been extended to Tuesday, Oct. 22. Students may make these changes online if they have no registration holds. This option will close at 11:59 p.m. that day.
Spring 2025 registration will now begin the week of Monday, Oct. 28, instead of the week of Oct. 21. Updated dates for each registration group are available on the Registrar's Office registration page.
