Periods marked by uncertainty often lead to rethinking of acquisitions. How can a company be more flexible, resilient and antifragile? We discuss this in this new episode of Augmenta. Podcast.

One need only flip through a newspaper or open any news portal to see that times are uncertain and the situation extremely fluid and complex. It is difficult to make predictions, but be that as it may, one must navigate this stormy sea, trying to make the best of the situation.

Periods of great change bring with them reflection and rethinking of aspects taken for granted. There has long been a question in business circles about whether, but also how, "classic" organizations are the most appropriate structures and arrangements for the current context.

We have already talked about paradigm shifts, but also about mindsets at different levels. Today we focus on the process management of a company, with all that goes with it and with a focus, of course, on sustainability practices.

We talk about agile methodology together with Michela Manini digital transformation enabler, agile coach and senior lecturer for SUPSI Continuing Education and Christian Burkhalter global head of human resources at Casale Group and president of Agile Lab Ticino.

Listen to the fourth episode.
