Emergency Operations Center returning to normal operations

The City of Galveston's Emergency Operations Center will return to normal activities and business hours, and is no longer activated for Hurricane Francine. Fortunately, the island had minimal impacts from the storm. Our thoughts and prayers are with our neighbors in Louisiana.
