Join MoDOT for the final Saturday Superintendent Talk about the Rocheport Bridge

Oct. 19, 9 a.m., at the A-Frame Winegarden

JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. - The Missouri Department of Transportation and the Lunda Team invite you to join them Saturday, Oct. 19, at 9 a.m. at the A-Frame Winegarden on the Blufftop at Rocheport for the last of our Saturday Superintendent Talks. Since the project began, the team has met monthly, March through October, with interested parties, the media, and the public to talk about the progress on the construction of the new Lance Corporal Leon Deraps I-70 Missouri River (Rocheport) Bridge.

This final Saturday Superintendent Talk will discuss recent milestones on the bridge and the next steps as we move closer to opening the new eastbound bridge to traffic by the end of the year. As always, there will also be an opportunity for the public to ask questions of the team.

Held at several locations where the bridge construction can be seen in the background, these talks have provided a unique opportunity for the design-build team and key people involved with the project to meet with the public, update them on the project, and field questions about the ongoing construction.

MoDOT asks all motorists to work with us by buckling up, putting your phone down, obeying all traffic signs, and slowing down and moving over in work zones.
