Golf Honored with Team Academic Award from GCAA

For the 14th consecutive year, SIUE golf has earned the Outstanding Team Academic Award from the Golf Coaches Association of America (GCAA).

The 14 consecutive seasons marks the longest streak among Ohio Valley Conference schools.

For the fifth season in a row, SIUE has earned Presidents Special Recognition for having a combined grade point average of at least 3.5. The Cougars are one of just 59 Division I programs to earn special recognition.

In addition to the Presidents Special Recognition, 72 other Division I schools were recognized as All-Academic Teams with at least a 3.0 GPA.
