Comment on 4 Judges Seeking Initial Appointment, Reappointment to Superior Court

The D.C. Commission on Judicial Disabilities and Tenure invites comments on the qualifications and fitness of the following D.C. Superior Court judges:

• Judges Ronna Lee Beck and Lee F. Satterfield, who are seeking reappointment as senior judges for two- and four-year terms, respectively.
• Judges Anthony C. Epstein and Alfred S. Irving Jr., who have announced their intention to retire as associate judges in the first quarter of 2025 and are seeking initial appointment as senior judges for four-year terms.

Comments for Judges Beck and Epstein are due December 1, 2024.

Comments for Judges Satterfield and Irving are due December 16, 2024.
