SCDOT to Repair Killian Road in Richland County

​Columbia, S.C. (August 4, 2024) - SCDOT crews will begin making repairs to a portion of Killian Road in Richland County tomorrow morning, weather permitting. The repairs are needed following damage resulting from a heavy rainstorm over the weekend.

Drivers should detour around the affected area using US 21, North Pines Road, and Farrow Road. A detour map is provided below.

With more rain predicted this week as Tropical Storm Debby moves toward South Carolina, SCDOT encourages the traveling public to prioritize safety and to plan their routes in advance.
