ATHENS, Ga. (August 16, 2024) - Landmark Properties, a fully-integrated real estate firm specializing in the development, construction, investment management, and operation of high-quality residential communities, announces the delivery of The Metropolitan Tallahassee, a 702-bed, 217-unit mid-rise student housing development at 1701 West Pensacola Street in Tallahassee, Florida.
The project, a partnership between Landmark Properties and Atlantic American Partners, will commence move-ins this month, welcoming students attending area universities including Florida State University, Florida A&M University and Tallahassee Community College for the 2024-2025 academic year. The Metropolitan Tallahassee is 0.5 miles from the west side of the university's campus, offering quick access to athletic and academic facilities.
Designed by Dwell Design Studio, with Landmark Construction, the in-house construction arm of Landmark Properties, serving as general contractor, The Metropolitan Tallahassee offers a range of two- to four-bedroom units across five floors.

The Metropolitan Tallahassee provides residents with fully furnished apartments that are pre-wired for high-speed internet and cable.
