Menifee Street Project and Construction Updates - Week of August 19, 2024

*COMPLETED* Encanto Drive and Rouse Road - Underground Utility Placement

Lennar has completed underground utility placement for the Legado Project on Encanto Drive. Rouse Road from Trumble Road to Myles Court is now open in all directions.

Briggs Road from Tres Lagos Drive to Newport Road - Roadway Construction

Lennar Development continues to work on roadway construction. Briggs Road from Tres Lagos Drive to Newport Road will remain closed. Traffic control will be placed with detours and delays should be expected during construction.

Holland Road and Hanover Road - Street Improvements by Del Oro Apartments

The Del Oro Apartments project will involve street improvements on Holland Road and Hanover Lane, including traffic control and lane closures. Motorists should anticipate delays. The project is expected to be completed by the end of August.

Holland Road/Haun Road - Eastern Municipal Water District (EMWD) Water Improvements

EMWD continues to work on water improvements on Holland and Haun Roads. This work will require closing Paloma Wash Trail on the west side between Holland Road and La Piedra Road. Traffic Control will be present. Motorists should expect subsequent delays on Holland Road. The project is expected to be completed by the end of August.
