Appeal For Next Of Kin – Mr Chang Fook Kui

The Police are appealing for the next-of-kin of 42-year-old Mr Chang Fook Kui to come forward.

Mr Chang, a former resident at Block 116A Rivervale Drive, passed away on 11 August 2024.
