Strike cancelled at SATA Group following successful mediation

The SATA Group, SINTAC, and SITAVA are pleased to announce that, following a mediation meeting held today at the Regional Labour Services, an agreement has been reached between all parties.

This agreement, which will remain in effect until 2026, reflects a formal commitment from all sides and has led to the cancellation of the strike initially planned for September 13 to October 13, 2024, as well as the overtime strike that had been decreed.

In light of the successful resolution, which respects prior commitments, all parties believe that a sustainable solution has been achieved. This agreement not only ensures the company's future stability but also restores a positive internal atmosphere and guarantees the continued regularity of air transport services.

We would also like to highlight the outstanding conciliation and mediation efforts of the Regional Labour Services, whose contributions were instrumental in reaching this agreement.
