Forest Park Pool wraps up a successful first season after reopening

The newly reconstructed Forest Park Pool made a splash in its first season, welcoming an impressive total of more than 27,000 visitors. The season's highlight came on Memorial Day, May 27, when 912 people visited the pool, making it the highest-attended day of the summer.

"Seeing the community embrace the new Forest Park Pool has been incredible," said Cory Stuhmer, aquatic coordinator. "This season has been a great success, and we're proud to have provided a place for families to cool off, relax and create memories."

Meanwhile, Marine Park Pool also saw significant traffic, with its highest-attended day being Saturday, June 15, when 387 visitors came through the gates.

While both pools experienced strong attendance, the reopening of Forest Park Pool as a historic and modern facility was clearly a highlight of the summer.
