The Parks and Recreation Department will offer five Thanksgiving break camps and three winter break camps to keep kids active this holiday season. Registration is open on a first-come, first-served basis at SBParksAndRec.org.
Beach Volleyball Camp - Campers can stay active on the sands of East Beach with Beach Volleyball Camp! Instruction will be provided for all abilities and levels of athletes ages 9-17.
Ice Skating Camp - Kids can embrace the colder weather this holiday season with Ice Skating Camp. This camp is designed for children ages 4-11 who are learning to ice skate. With many camp sessions offered, sign up for one or more and spend some time on the ice this winter.
Pickleball Camp - Campers can enjoy one of the fastest-growing sports in the nation. For youth ages 8-17, Pickleball Camp has courts dedicated to beginner/novice players and intermediate/advanced players.
Skate Camp - Young skaters will get "shred-ucated" in the coolest skate park on the west coast. Grouped by experience, skaters ages 6-12 will learn proper skateboarding technique, improve their skills, and have fun exploring the challenges of Skater's Point.
Tennis Camp - Send your tennis star to the Municipal Tennis and Pickleball Center this Thanksgiving break to learn a new sport or polish their tennis skills. Designed for players ages 7-17, Tennis Camp will teach the fundamentals of the sport and allow for more advanced skill instruction.
Spaces are limited! Visit SBParksAndRec.org to register.
