Throughout the past fiscal year, the Institutional Advancement (IA) team has demonstrated exceptional dedication and teamwork, in collaboration with MSJ faculty, staff, alumni, and outside supporters. It did not just meet--it exceeded--two ambitious goals: "Exceeding the Annual Fund Target" and "Engaging 100 percent of the Board Members!"

Through their individual and collective efforts, strategic initiatives, and creative new approaches, the IA team achieved an outstanding 110 percent of its "Annual Fund" goal. Additionally, the Team worked closely with each Board Member to make a compelling case for supporting the University. The personalized approach ensured that every Board Member could find an area about which she or he is passionate about supporting. As a result, 100 percent of the MSJ Board of Trustee Members contributed financially to various of the University's divisions and programs across campus, including the Schools, Athletics, the Mater Dei Chapel's Restoration Fund, Student Scholarships, and the "Area of Greatest Need."
