Heads up, Modesto! The GoModesto! App just got an upgrade.

Modesto, CA, July 3, 2024 - Heads Up, GoModesto! Users. The GoModesto! app got an upgrade. This week the City of Modesto upgraded the current GoModesto! app to a newer version that makes it faster and easier to connect with us.

Update the GoModesto! app

For residents to access the new GoModesto! app they will need to upgrade the application on their mobile device. For users to upgrade to the newest version, they can follow the steps below for their specific mobile device.

Apple devices:

• Users will be prompted to upgrade the application. If users are not prompted to upgrade, they will need to delete the application, open the Apple Store app and search for GoModesto! and download the application.

Android devices:

• Android devices: Users will need to delete the application. Users will need to open the Google Play Store app and search for GoModesto! and download the application.

All users will still be able to access GoModesto! on the City of Modesto website at: https://www.modestogov.com/1954/Make-a-Request-GoModesto

Once users update the GoModesto! app on their mobile device, they will need to register on the new platform to submit a request. The registration process is simple and only takes seconds to complete.
