Missing Person

The Maui Police Department requests the public's assistance with any information on the whereabouts of Marina Bonofiglio (33) of Kahului.

Ms. Bonofiglio was reported missing on Sunday, August 25, 2024, by a friend after she called for a ride from the area of Pulehu Road in Kahului, approximately .1-mile northwest of the Central Maui Landfill at approximately 4:00 a.m. Upon their arrival, Ms. Bonofiglio's friends were unable to locate her, but they did find her personal belongings, including her cell phone, along the side of the road. A search was conducted in the immediate area where Ms. Bonofiglio's property was found; however, there were no signs of her.

Ms. Bonofiglio does not have a vehicle, and her friends are concerned for her safety and well-being.

Ms. Bonofiglio is described as being Caucasian, 5-foot-4, weighs about 115 pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes. It is unknown what type of clothing/footwear she was last wearing.
