Pride of the Lions: Teri Compton

Dear Mount Community,

Teri is recognized for the month of June 2024. She was named #30 on The Top 50 Women Chief Human Resource Officers of 2024 recently published by Women We Admire. Teri was honored for developing strategic direction across talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, performance management, and workforce planning.

Recognizing the tremendous opportunities in the changing workplace, she believes Human Resources must be at the forefront of the action, serving as a thought leader and continued advocate for the betterment of the Mount Community. Teri holds a Bachelor of Arts degree and a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership (MSOL) degree from the Mount as well.
