CLAY COUNTY - Utility permit work requires various lane closures on MO Route 9 (Burlington Street) between 12th Avenue north to 26th Avenue in North Kansas City. See below for dates/times. This is not a complete closure, but motorist should expect delays. All work is weather permitting.
