July 16, 2024 City Council Meeting Reminders

Please review the following reminders before attending the July 16, 2024 City Council Meeting at City Hall:

• Chamber doors open at 5:15 p.m.
• Seating is on a first come, first serve basis. Space is limited.
• ADA Accessible elevator is available in the rear entrance of City Hall.
• All other guests are asked to use the Third Street entrance.
• Once Council Chambers reach capacity, guests will be asked to wait outside of City Hall until their turn to speak during the public comment period.

Guests may choose from the following public comment options:

• General Public Comment: This is the first period of public comment near the beginning of the meeting. Comments on agenda items and non-agenda items are allowed, but commenters who choose to speak about an agenda item will NOT be allowed to comment again during the public comment period after the agenda item is presented to Council.
• Public Comment Following Reports to Council (ITEMS #5, #6, & #7): There will be a public comment period following each report to Council for comments on that specific agenda item only. Comments during these public comment periods must pertain to the specific agenda item. Speakers will not be allowed to comment during these periods if they have already spoken about the specific agenda item during General Public Comment.

Please Note: Due to an expected high volume of attendees, public comments will be limited to 1 minute per speaker. Please note, the Presiding Officer has the direction to reduce speaking time for each speaker to ensure that City business can be completed at a reasonable hour.
