Alley Closure Notice

Beginning the week of Monday, September 9, 2024, the contractor will begin reconstruction of the alley from East 3rd Street to East 4th Street between Main and State Street. For the contractor to begin, an alley closure will be required. The alley closure will be in effect for three to four weeks (weather permitting). Please see the closure area highlighted on the map.

For safety's sake, please stay away from the construction area. Heavy equipment will be moving back and forth in the closed alley. It would be advisable to stay behind the sidewalk on the property side during the reconstruction work. Please ensure all items within the alley right of way are removed before work begins.
