Mineral Wells, TX (Oct 1, 2024) - Genesys Aerosystems, a Moog company, announced today that Genesys Aerosystems' Approved Model List (AML) Supplemental Type Certificate (STC) for its EFIS glass cockpit upgrade has been completed and issued by the FAA. The first aircraft equipped with the Genesys Avionics Suite™ and flown in support of the STC is a Pilatus PC-7 operated by Genesys. The AML STC allows additional similar aircraft, such as the Beechcraft T-6A Texan (Model 3000) trainer, to be added upon completion of company ground and flight tests, without additional involvement from the FAA.
