Telecom, Media & Technology Expert Joins FTI Consulting as Managing Director

Washington, D.C., Oct. 21, 2024 - FTI Consulting, Inc. (NYSE: FCN) today announced the appointment of Yi Sun as a Managing Director in the Telecom, Media & Technology ("TMT") practice within the firm's Corporate Finance & Restructuring segment.

Mr. Sun, who is based in Chicago, joins with more than 22 years of consulting and industry experience in technology, media, telecommunications, financial services, infrastructure and industrials. He has worked with corporations and private equity investors as well as portfolio companies on complex and large-scale value creation programs and transactions, and has deep expertise in leading growth and cost transformation.

In his role at FTI Consulting, Mr. Sun will drive operational and financial performance improvement and business transformation for clients in the technology sector, along with broader TMT and infrastructure industries. He will have a particular focus on advising M&A integrations to create value for organizations through integration execution, synergy realization, and operating model transformation.
