City of Greeley Finance Teams Relocating to City Center North

GREELEY, Colo. - The City of Greeley Finance Department announced Friday that several of their operations will be moving to a new location. Beginning September 9, sales tax and business licenses will be accessible at City Center North, located at 1001 11th Avenue.

"The biggest public impact will be related to sales taxes and business licenses, as we often meet and support individuals related to these services," Tyra Litzau, director of finance for the City of Greeley, said. "This relocation is part of the city's ongoing efforts to improve accessibility and better serve the community. We appreciate the public's understanding during this transition and look forward to continuing to serve you from our new location."

Online tax payments remain unchanged. Taxpayers can continue to make payments through the city's online portal at greeleygov.com. Additionally, bulk filers are encouraged to utilize the Sales & Use Tax System from the Colorado Department of Revenue, available at tax.colorado.gov.

The following departments will also be moving to City Center North as part of this transition: Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Grants, and Financial Reporting. Utility billing services will remain available to the public at their current location in City Hall, located at 1000 10th Street.
